<abstract displayLabel="Summary">The insurance marketplace for D&O liability is clearly in a state of transition, as evidenced by increased pricing experienced in many sectors. Of particular note are the private-nonprofit organizations surveyed, with 41% experiencing an increase in premium. In 2012, directors and officers, particularly among private companies, were more likely to ask about the amount and scope of D&O coverage. Regulatory claims continue to be a significant source of concern, with 83% of respondents ranking this area in the top three overall</abstract>
