<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las diversas Tecnologias de la Informacion y la Comunicacion .TIC.han impactado de manera transversal a todas las areas del Derecho, desde las dos grandes divisiones de Derecho Publico y Derecho Privado, hasta las subareas tales como el Derecho Constitucional, el Civil, el Mercantil, el Penal o el Internacional, por mencionar solo algunas. Como no podia ser de otra manera, ese impacto en el ambito juridico tambien ha tenido lugar con la utilizacion de la Inteligencia Artificial (IA), lo cual plantea diversas problematicas, pero tambien nuevas oportunidades. Por otro lado, la Etica como rama de estudio emparentada con el Derecho, pero distinta de este, se plantea diversas cuestiones en torno a distintos fenomenos y el del uso cada vez mas generalizado de la IA no ha sido la excepcion</abstract>
