<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Los nanomateriales están constituidos por agregados de átomos, iones o moléculas que forman partículas de tamaño en la escala nanométrica, el orden de las decenas a las centenas de nanometros (nm, 1 nm = 10-9 m). Estos materiales prometen revolucionar la sociedad en las próximas décadas, pues permitirán fabricar artilugio versátiles, de múltiples aplicaciones, con considerable ahorro energético y de espacio. </abstract>
