En unos casos se menciona directamente dicha palabra, mientras que en otros se utiliza otra fórmula con mas impacto mediático como es la de "caos". En uno y otro caso estamos hablando de lo mismo. Estamos hablando de confusión y desorden en la resolución del problema</abstract>
