<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Ahora que parece estar próxima la aprobación del comúnmente conocido como nuevo baremo de indemnización de accidentes de tráfico y, a pesar de que tanto la Administración, como Unespa, las víctimas y los asegurados llevan mucho tiempo convencidos de que es necesario el cambio del baremo de 1995, es justo reconocer que, en sus casi 20 años de historia, este sistema de valoración de daños personales ha supuesto un elemento diferencial de España respecto a otros países, aportando seguridad jurídica, eficacia, equidad y certidumbre económica.</abstract>
