<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La nueva Ley del Deporte, Ley 39/2022, de 30 de diciembre, establece en su artículo 23 una nueva regulación del seguro de Accidentes/Salud, exigiendo su obligatoriedad para los deportistas profesionales, si bien, da opción a que sean la federación nacional o las autonómicas los tomadores del seguro, sin perjuicio de que el pago se repercuta a los deportistas en el precio final de la licencia correspondiente.</abstract>
