<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El Tribunal Supremo (TS) acaba de dictar dos sentencias, en las que la dirección letrada ha correspondido a PwC Tax & Legal. En estas sentencias ha resuelto que los seguros de vida  de la modalidad unit linked, en los que el tomador asume el riesgo de la inversión, no están sujetos al Impuesto sobre el Patrimonio (IP) si la póliza no reconoce el derecho de rescate durante la vigencia del contrato</abstract>
