The survey recommends that Europe restore its appeal by focusing on 12 key areas grouped into three pillars: boosting competitiveness (through lower energy costs, innovation, and regulatory simplification), reinforcing resilience (by supporting strategic sectors and SMEs, and strengthening defense), and firing up growth engines (by improving access to finance and talent). Collaboration between policymakers and businesses is essential to turn adversity into opportunity and ensure Europe remains an attractive destination for global investment</note>
