<abstract>Que el siniestro provocado o el incendarismo es un problema creciente, nos lo confirma el hecho de que su problemática haya merecido atrención del Comité Europeo de Seguros y se haya creado dentro de la Comisión de Incendios un Grupo de Trabajo para su estudio. El autor hace referencia a las distintas informaciones de datos , estadísticas recogidas en distintos países sobre los incendios provocados en ellos y sobre las penas para el incendarismo sobre ellos</abstract>
