<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Le présent article enferme une enquête épidémiologique qui a pour objectif d'établir un bilan fonctionnel pulmonaire chez l'ouvrier exposé de façon prolongée aux conditions ambiantes d'un atelier de fonderie de fonte. Son intérêt repose sur les deux caractéristiques suivantes: il s'agit d'un atelier traditionnel; les tâches et les techniques y sont polymorphes; la durée d'exercice professionnel est exceptionnellement longue, en moyenne de quinze à vingt ans</abstract>
