<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Les nouvelles données épidémiologiques de l'hépatite A révèlent un état de réceptivité vis-à-vis de cette affection de 80% des jeunes adultes, à l'âge moyen de leur entrée dans la vie active. L'exposition professionneslle est une circonstance privilégiée de contamination, spécifiquement chez les personnels de santé et les agents manipulant les aliments. Ceci a déterminé l'orientation de cette étude qui a consisté en un screening sérologique auprès de 200 agents hospitaliers volontaires</abstract>
