Firstly, the kinetics of HCB in rats after dermal application of HCB was investigated. Secondly, the effect of washing on body burden was evaluated. Finally, a pharmacokinetic model, originally developed for monkeys, was applied to man and the relation between intensity of exposure and blood concentration was studied
