Título: Experimental evidence for the possible exposure of workers to hexachlorobenzene by skin contamination / Akio KoizumiAutor: Koizumi, Akio
Notas: Sumario: The aim of this study was to investigate whether dermal exposure to hexachlorobenzene (HCB) can reasonably explain blood HCB concentrations found in plant workers. Firstly, the kinetics of HCB in rats after dermal application of HCB was investigated. Secondly, the effect of washing on body burden was evaluated. Finally, a pharmacokinetic model, originally developed for monkeys, was applied to man and the relation between intensity of exposure and blood concentration was studiedRegistros relacionados: En: British journal of industrial medicine. - London and Margate. - nº 9, September 1991 ; p. 622-628Materia / lugar / evento: Medicina laboral Enfermedades profesionales Dermatología Disolventes Hexaclorobenceno Experimentos Títulos secundarios: Título: British journal of industrial medicine
