<abstract displayLabel="Summary">This paper reports about the measurement of exposure levels to airborne pulverized fuel ash (PFA) in power station. It thus appears that the size distribution of the PFA and cooal dusts involved are such as to make the dusts sufficiently irritant to be self-regulating; this is a useful factor which eases the task of "selling" the need to wear respiratory protection</abstract>
