Notas: Sumario: Findings are presented from the initial cross sectional phase of a cohort study of employees exposed to flour in bakeries or mills. To examine the relation between sensitisation or allergic symptoms and exposure to aeroallergens we have undertaken a longitudinal study of two groups of workers at high risk of occupational asthma: those exposed to flour and those working with laboratory animals.
