<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El Tribunal Constitucional, en sentencia dictada el día 14 de diciembre, ha declarado inconstitucionales la Disposición Adicional Primera apartado 3º último inciso, la Disposición Adicional Tercera y el artículo 31 de la Ley de Mediación. El Tribunal considera inconstitucional la reserva realizada a favor del Estado en cuanto a la concesión de la autorización y revocación administrativas para el ejercicio de la actividad de corrduría de seguros, que se contiene en la Disposición Adicional Primera, mientras que la D.A. tercera y el artículo 31 hacen referencia a la transformación de los colegios de agentes y a la colegiación de los mediadores</abstract>
