<subfield code="a">Two experiments were designed for this study. The first was used to evaluate the effects of glove and weight levels on discriminating weight difference (DWD) difference limen (DL). Four other weight level were selected in the second experiment to determine the quantitative relation between weight level and DWD DL (%). From these experiments, the authors were able to determine the minimal weight at which humans detect weight difference with 90% accuracy</subfield>
