<abstract displayLabel="Summary">In response to workers'increasing complaints of adverse health effects that ocurred only when they were in the building, a special panel of medical and environmental experts examined the building. They declared it to be "sick", meaning that it had serious problems with indoor-air quality. Because of this poor IAQ, its occupants suffered from the health problems associated with "sick-building syndrome"</abstract>
