<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En el año 1995, según se desprende de la Memoria anual del Servicio de Reclamaciones del Banco de España, ha descendido sensiblemente el volumen de reclamaciones presentadas, con lo que cambia la tendencia alcista de años anteriores. Se muestran descensos importantes en el nivel de reclamaciones de los grandes bancos, pero aumenta el de las cajas de ahorro. Se observa, asímismo, una mayor eficacia en la gestión de los defensores del cliente</abstract>
