<abstract>En el momento de diseñar un programa internacional de gerencia de riesgos, con el objetivo de establecer la protección financiera a través de las coberturas de seguros, conviene seleccionar cuidadosamente a los grandes grupos de corredores, compañías de seguros y reaseguros, que cuenten con suficiente tamaño y capacidad y presencia en las áreas geográficas en las que se van a desarrollar los proyectos.</abstract>
