<abstract>La técnica del "Experiential Learning" se fundamenta en el principio de que la experiencia es la base del aprendizaje. Todas las dinámicas o actividades utilizadas durante el proceso de aprendizaje siguen el Modelo acción-reflejo, desarrollado por el educador brasileño Paulo Freire, en el que todo estudio de la experiencia se acompaña de una sesión posterior. El autor describre uno de los métodos empleados en las sesiones de análisis denominado "de los cuatro pasos".</abstract>
