<abstract>Las universidades de Deusto y del País Vasco han realizado una investigación sobre las características de la oferta y demanda sobre la formación de directivos en la comunidad Autónoma del País Vasco. El presente artículo presenta las principales conclusiones que se extraen al respecto, haciendo hincapié en la posibilidad de generalización de las mismas, y tomando como referencia el informe de la CEOE sobre la formación en la empresa española</abstract>
