As workers'children sue companies over birth defects and courts rule businesses cannot discriminate against pregnant women, safety and health professionals are caught in the middle. Safety and health managers are faced with the possibility of lawsuits against the companies that employ them for exposure to possible reproductive hazards, yet are not allowedd to keep fertile women, pregnant women or men trying to conceive away from certain jobs
