<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Tomando como base la normativa vigente por la que se rige el Instituto de Actuarios Españoles (IAE), el autor de este artículo sostiene que los estatutos de este organismo "aprobados" por una asamblea minoritaria,  insuficientemente informada, no tienen sentido y que, por consiguiente, lo acordado a su amparo carece de validez. Por tanto, a su juicio, la disolución del IAE, de llevarse a efecto, conllevaría la pérdida del patrimonio</abstract>
