<subfield code="a">Across Forrester's seven vertical industry groups, service-oriented architecture (SOA) penetration ranges from 75% among utilities and telecom enterprises to 49% for public sector enterprises. Current SOA users are, on the whole, satisfied in all verticals, enough that between 52% (public sector) and 65% (services) are expanding their use of SOA. Leading firms, and 10% of services firms, now use SOA on more than 50% of their solution delivery projects.
