<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El presente libro aborda el difícil y extenso tema de la libertad de expresión e información en las relaciones laborales. Tras una presentación y ordenación de la correspondiente doctrina y jurisprudencia, se realiza una tarea más dogmática de analizar y extraer líneas generales, en la idea de hacer una contribución limitada a lo que podríamos considerar como teoría general de la libertad de expresión e información en las relaciones laborales. Aunque la base del análisis es el ordenamiento jurídico español, se ha prestado especial atención al Derecho Comparado, especialmente en aquellos países que, como Estados Unidos, Alemania y Francia, han conocido una interesante evolución jurisprudencial y doctrinal sobre este derecho fundamental en el ámbito laboral</abstract>
