<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Este artículo analiza los flujos de información en las redes comerciales castellanas durante los siglos XV y XVI, destacándose cómo la posesión de una buena circulación de las noticias fue una de las razones del éxito en sus negocios, al posibilitar una disminución de los costes de transacción. Se estudian tales flujos en tres ámbitos que ejemplifican dicho fenómeno: el Consulado de Burgos, los seguros marítimos burgaleses y la compañía de Simón Ruiz</abstract>
