<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La norma europea de los seguros aéreos entró en vigor en el año 2005, modernizando la legislación y adaptándola a las necesidades actuales de las empresas de transporte. La lógica de la regulación, además, cumple una función económica determinada y es útil para reducción de los conflictos entre compañías de navegación aérea y pasajeros o cargadores </abstract>
