<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El deporte de alto rendimiento y el 'management' tienen mucho en común. Gran parte de las cosas que suceden en el devenir de una competición deportiva se asemejan a las vividas en un territorio laboral de alto desempeño. Eso sí, existe una clara diferencia entre ambos entornos que, en muchas ocasiones, pasa inadvertida. Mientras que, en el deporte de alta competición, se suele dedicar seis veces más tiempo a entrenar que a competir, en el mundo empresarial esta relación no es, ni mucho menos, similar. Sin lugar a dudas, el deporte ha regalado a la empresa y, por tanto, a la sociedad una de las claves de éxito más indispensables: el entrenamiento </abstract>
