<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El artículo 40.2 de la Constitución Española establece como uno de los principios de la política social y económica velar por la seguridad e higiene en el trabajo, principio que recoge y desarrolla la Ley 31/1995 de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales y posteriormente el R.D. 39/1997 de 17 de enero, por el que se aprueba el Reglamento de Servicios de Prevención, el R.D. 337/2010, de 19 de marzo, que modifica el R.D. 39/1997, además de las directivas europeas correspondientes.</abstract>
