<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Veinte años constituyen una fecha retrospectiva de alto significado. Ese fue el lapso temporal elegido por Alejandro Dumas para continuar su más famosa novela y también uno de los más conocidos tangos de la historia tomó ese plazo para mirar retrospectivamente el soplo que, como canta Gardel, es la vida. No resulta, por todo ello, en absoluto inapropiado volver la mirada y hacer memoria y balance de lo sucedido a lo largo de este período, teniendo, en este caso, como objeto la Ley 31/1995, de 8 de noviembre, de Prevención de Riesgos Laborales (en adelante, LPRL).</abstract>
