<dc:description xml:lang="es">Sumario: En matière de comptabilité internationale des entreprises cotées, comme pour d'autres formes de régulation transfrontière, les processus de décision doivent composer avec des zones d'influences géographiques, reflets d'intérêts économiques parfois divergents. La réécriture de la constitution de l'International accounting standards board (IASB) -l'organisme chargé de l'élaboration des normes comptables internationales- en chantier actuellement, ne déroge pas à la regle. La réforme institutionnelle de l'organisme de production des normes comptables internationales est en marche. Pour l'Union européenne, l'enjeu est d'augmenter sa capacité d'influence et de ne surtout pas en perdre.</dc:description>
