<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La aplicación y desarrollo reglamentario de la Ley 35/2015, de 22 de septiembre, está resultando tan fascinante como la propia ley. La práctica siempre acaba superando la teoría. Y lo más alentador es que esto apenas acaba de comenzar. Este es el segundo estudio que dedico al nuevo Baremo... y todavía continúo comentando el artículo 7. En esta ocasión, abordo, desde mi experiencia, los informes periciales forenses extrajudiciales en una doble vertiente: como procedimiento novedoso que la realidad está demostrando necesario integrar y como indicador de tendencias o criterios médico-legales a considerar. Pero, en esta primera entrega, también aprovecharé para repasar su anómalo despliegue normativo.</abstract>
