<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Con este cuaderno se pretende hacer un mapa de los accidentes de trabajo y de la responsabilidad empresarial en España. Se desarrolla el concepto de accidente de trabajo y enfermedad profesional, en qué casos éstos constituyen una contingencia laboral y cuándo se genera una responsabilidad patronal; el cuaderno sigue con el desglose de la indemnización que puede reclamar el trabajador. El análisis de la materia se termina explicando el proceso judicial de la causa en la jurisdicción social, civil y penal. Por último, se incluyen unos capítulos finales con jurisprudencia con breves resúmenes y la legislación plicable.</abstract>
