<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El escenario presupuestario del nuevo gobierno para 2019 continúa la misma senda de reducción del déficit, si bien medio punto por encima del anterior objetivo debido a la elevación del listón en el ejercicio 2018. La diferencia estriba en el mayor protagonismo otorgado al aumento de los ingresos públicos frente a la anterior estrategia, que ponía el acento en la reducción del peso del gasto sobre el PIB.</abstract>
