<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En este trabajo se lleva a cabo un análisis econométrico de las relaciones dinámicas entre la productividad, el stock de capital por trabajador y el índice KOF de globalización. El objetivo es estimar las respuestas de la productividad y el stock de capital por trabajador, ante un aumento permanente unitario en el índice de globalización. Los resultados indican, de forma contundente, que el componente económico del índice tiene efectos positivos, directos, tanto sobre la productividad como sobre la dotación de capital por trabajador. Ni el componente político ni el social tienen efectos directos sobre esas variables. </abstract>
