Viajes Leyenda alegó que su responsabilidad cesaba al ser imputable el resultado dañoso a un tercero ajeno al contrato, siendo el hecho imprevisible e inevitable, según los artículos 162 TRLGDCU y 1.105 CC, pues se trataba de una colisión -que tuvo lugar durante el viaje- entre un autobús en el que viajaban los demandantes y una furgoneta</abstract>
