<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La loi Pacte, adoptée définitivement au Parlement le 11 avril, comporte un volet épargne retraite qui va remodeler les dispositifs actuels. Pour les épargnants, les enterprises et les assureurs, une nouvelle logique s'établit. Avec pour objectif le développement d'une retraite supplémantaire. Une réforme du " 3e étage" du système de retraite qui arrive paradoxalement avant celle de la retraite de base et des complémentaires, prévue pour la fin d'année. La profession s'organise pour y faire face, mais de nombreuses inconnues demeurent pour assurer la transition.</abstract>
