<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Dado lo poco fiable que resulta el juicio humano, todas las evaluaciones son susceptibles de errores. Esos errores pueden provenir de sesgos cognitivos conocidos o pueden ser errores aleatorios, a los que a veces llamamos ruido. La falta de fiabilidad a la hora de juzgar es reconocida y ha sido estudiada desde hace mucho tiempo, y nosotros nos inspiramos en ese conjunto de investigaciones y experiencias para proponer un enfoque práctico y aplicable en muchos contextos para reducir los errores en la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Lo denominamos mediating assessments protocol (MAP) y lo describiremos aquí, tras haber repasado las investigaciones que lo fundamentan. </abstract>
