<abstract displayLabel="Summary">En 2018, la actividad aseguradora global, por séptimo año consecutivo, tuvo un comportamiento positivo alcanzando los 5,2 billones de dólares de primas de seguro directo, lo que supone un crecimiento del 1,5% en términos reales respecto al año previo. El principal impulso provino de las líneas de negocio de No Vida, favorecidas por el dinamismo que mantuvo la economía global, principalmente en el primer semestre, con un crecimiento del 3,6% para el conjunto del año, pero se estima que en 2019 puede caer en el entorno del 3%.</abstract>
