<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La incertidumbre política en la que se encuentra España ha provocado que, a pesar de que el texto para transponer la IDD ya estuviera elaborado, aún está pendiente su entrada en vigor. Esto ha llevado a un requerimiento desde Bruselas para sacar adelante la norma. ¿Cómo afecta este retraso a la Mediación en nuestro país? Técnicamente solo genera incertidumbre, dado que, en la práctica, todo el sector asegurador opera prácticamente al 100% como si ya estuviera vigente.
La Mediación profesional no se ve afectada directamente por el retraso, pues la maquinaria ya está en marcha, si bien, considera que debe despejarse de una vez por todas la incógnita de su vigencia.</abstract>
