<abstract displayLabel="Summary">No se trata únicamente del COVID-19. Los cambios en el entorno pueden ocurrir en cualquier momento. ¿Está el equipo de Control de Gestión actualizado ante la velocidad a la que se transforma el mundo actual? Muchas organizaciones han sentido que no eran lo suficientemente maduras para optimizar los procesos de planificación, pero la COVID-19 lo cambió todo. Ahora, muchas compañías se están dando cuenta de que necesitan dar pasos para transformar los procesos de planificación, la tecnología y también la organización de sus equipos de Controlling. Este artículo quiere sugerir respuestas a preguntas que nos permiten medir el grado de madurez de los procesos de planificación para responder a los retos actuales.</abstract>
