<abstract displayLabel="Summary">La responsabilidad del profesional de la salud es directa, porque es éste quien, derivado del cuidado brindado a un paciente, puede causar daño, produciendo lo que conocemos como responsabilidad subjetiva. No obstante, el Hospital que presta el servicio médico puede ser objetivamente responsable por el uso del equipo que proporciona al profesional de la salud para realizar la atención médica, así como por el personal médico involucrado en la prestación del servicio (camilleros, enfermeras, etc ...).</abstract>
