<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El BOE de 25 de mayo de 2023 publica la Ley 12-2023, de 24 de mayo, por el derecho a la vivienda (Ley de vivienda). Esta Ley se enmarca entre las reformas incluidas en el Plan de Recuperación, Transformación y Resiliencia de España y regula, principalmente, aspectos de política de vivienda desde una vertiende jurídico-pública. Además, introduce modificaciones relevantes, entre otros aspectos, en la Ley de Arrendamientos Urbanos y en materia tributaria, en este caso, centradas en IRPF e IBI</abstract>
