<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Fasecolda considera que la formación del talento humano del sector es una herramienta fundamental para promover el crecimiento sostenible del sector asegurador. Para gestionar los riesgos ASG, primero hay que entenderlos, y la educación es un medio clave. Para ese propósito, desde 2018, a través de la Escuela de Sostenibilidad de Fasecolda, se han formado más de 500 colaboradores. El reto es lograr una participación más activa por parte de las compañías afiliadas, pues en promedio se inscriben 22 de 36 aseguradoras</abstract>
