<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El presente trabajo analiza la figura del subproducto en el Derecho europeo y estatal en materia de residuos. La primera parte expone, sintéticamente, la evolución normativa y la jurisprudencia del Tribunal de Justicia en la materia. La segunda parte estudia los principales desarrollos normativos, estatales y autonómicos, sobre los subproductos, prestándose especial atención especial al nuevo sistema de intervención pública en los subproductos establecido en la Ley 7/2022, de residuos y suelos contaminados para una economía circular. Por último, se ponen de manifiesto algunas de las deficiencias regulatorias y aplicativas detectadas.</abstract>
