<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Las condiciones de financiación de los hogares y las empresas han mejorado durante el segundo  semestre de 2024, reflejando un menor grado de restricción de la política monetaria del Banco Central Europeo y las expectativas del mercado de que el proceso de reducción de los tipos de interés oficiales continúe en los próximos meses. En un contexto macroeconómico muy dinámico, la disminución del coste de la nueva financiación ha estimulado la demanda de fondos, lo que ha propiciado que el saldo de deuda de los hogares y las empresas haya pasado a mostrar tasas  interanuales ligeramente positivas</abstract>
