<abstract displayLabel="Summary">El Real Decreto 712/2025, de 26 de agosto, introduce varias novedades importantes en la gestión de neumáticos al final de su vida útil, actualizando el régimen existente que se basaba en el Real Decreto 1619/2005, de 30 de diciembre. Estas novedades se derivan principalmente de la adaptación a nuevas directivas de la Unión Europea y a la Ley 7/2022, de 8 de abril, de residuos y suelos contaminados para una economía circular</abstract>
