<abstract displayLabel="Summary">Étude menée en comparant deux situations de travail: saisi des données dans deux établissements bancaires et activités de dialogue dans une maison d'édition et une societé de distribution des produits pharmaceutiques. Cette étude a été basée sur l'enregistrement des mouvements oculaires, sur des tests visuels et sur un questionnaire portant sur la satisfaction au travail, sur la présence d'astreinte visuelle, de gêne postural et de troubles neuropsychiques. L'analyse des résultats montre que ce sont les opératrices des saisie qui subissent les astreintes les plus fortes, tant sur le plan de la charge visuelle que sur la charge mentale. Ceci conduit l'auteur à proposer des mesures relatives à l'organisation des tâches et à l'information du personnel</abstract>
