<abstract displayLabel="Summary">L'amélioration des conditions de travail dans un secteur d'activités nécessite une bonne connaissance des risques, nuisances et contraintes caractéristiques de la profession. C'est pourquoi, une étude a été réalisée par plussieurs équipes de recherche de l'INRS pour analyser les conditions de travail dans quatre usines de fabrication de chaussures. Menée à partir d'observations, de mesures aux postes de travail et de questionnaires, elle a porté principalement sur l'exposition aux solvants et la ventilation, les nuisances physiques (bruit et chaleur), les contraintes de temps et d'organisation, l'aménagement des postes de travail</abstract>
